The following classes are in the GARC ECC (1027B W. Austin St, Garland) (see map) unless otherwise indicated. You do not have to be a GARC member to participate. To verify class times, locations or to sign up, contact Swank Roberts, WA5GNT, at wa5gnt@arrl.net.

Theory and Code Classes

These are classes which are geared towards preparing you to take your ham radio exam. Enjoy taking the classes with others all working towards getting their first ham license or upgrading their existing one. To ensure a place in the class, please email or call Swank Roberts.

Technician Class	Technician Class licensing instruction starts April 22 at 7:00 PM at the ECC (see map). This class will run five weeks; ending on May 20. There is a $25 fee to participate in order to cover the cost of materials. Preregistration is required - email Swank Roberts.

Specialty Classes
