Changing the address on your existing license
Garland area ARRL VE test sessions are held on the fourth Thursday of each month,
except November, at Freeman Heights Baptist Church (1120 N. Garland Avenue in Garland) between W.Walnut Street and Buckingham Road (see map
),
The doors normally open at 7pm and testing sessions start promptly at 7:30 p.m.
